He pulled the car over and cited the driver, Marl: Eugene Kohler for driving on the wrong sitla of the highway. He then asked to see the girl's identification iden-tification and was told that she didn't have any but was IS years old. He received permission per-mission to search the car from' Kohler and found the girl's purse with identification, identifica-tion, which stated that her name was Cheryl Ann Warner Warn-er and that she was 17 years old. Subsequent search of the auto uncovered 13 lids of marijuana in the glove compartment. com-partment. The couple was then arrested for possession of marijuana, and the car was impounded. Kohler appeared in Moab City Court on Oct. 8, and pleaded guilty to the charge. He was sentenced to six months mon-ths in jail with three months suspended. Miss Warner was turned over to juvenile authorities au-thorities in Colorado for prosecution. |
