Show City Court Reports Activities Judge Donald Crist of the Moab City Court heard quite a few cases this past week, but many of those persons who were accused of DWI requested time to consult with legal counsel before entering en-tering a plea. Of those who did enter a plea, June Sneddon plead guilty to the charge of DWI and was fined $150 or upon default of payment of the fine she was to spend thirty days in the County Jail. Later on Sept. 18, Larry Wayne Giddins, the man who was put on probation after pleading guilty to the robbery of Fort Moab restaurant, res-taurant, appeared on a war-rent war-rent from Bernalillo County, Coun-ty, New Mexico. He waived extradition proceedings and was to return to face charges char-ges of armed robbery there. Enos Clifford Ferrier appeared ap-peared Monday on a charge of hunting during a closed season. He was found guilty and was ordered to pay a fine of $250 or in default of payment to spend- 40 days in County Jail. He is also charged with two separate counts of grand larceny in the robbery of tools from Jack Beeson and Pugo Stocks. |
