Show GIRL SCOUTS An evaluation meeting following follow-ing the annual girl scout day camp was held at the Civic Center Cen-ter on Monday evening. A delicious delic-ious spaghetti dinner prepared and served by the leaders was enjoyed. Those present were Emily Ablett, day camp chairman; chair-man; Bernice Laycock, Yvonne Willey, Ruth Kidd, Erma Nilsson, Charlotte Murano, Rita Ugarte, Violet Carter, Agnes Steele, Ethel Evans, Alice Ivie, Helen Golesh, Roberta Johnston, Caroline Caro-line Murano, Alva Evans, Willa-deen Willa-deen Householder, Maurine Nielsen, Niel-sen, Louise Padgen, and Bonnie Bithell. Out of town guests were Pat Dougall, field director; Lorraine Lor-raine Smith from Salt Lake office of-fice and Dorothy Capener of Logan who assisted with the day camp. Mrs. Ablett extended thanks to all workers in the day camp and reported this year's day camp most successful ever held. Suggestions and plans for day camp in 1952 were discussed. This was the last meeting of the girl scouts until fall. Girl scout activities will resume again in September. . |
