Installation and Anniversary Fete On Tuesday, June 19, at 7:30 p.m. at the Copperton Community Commu-nity Methodist church, the Copperton Cop-perton and Lark Women's Society So-ciety of Christian Service will hold their annual installation of officers and mark the fifth anniversary an-niversary of their founding. A short program will precede the installation and regular business meeting. Mrs. Glen K. Taylor of Ogden, district president, will install the new officers. She together to-gether with several other district officers will be in attendance. The public is cordially invited to attend. Bingham Community Methodist Church Sunday school at 10:00 a.m. Worship service at 11:00 a.m. "An evening with my Bible" each Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. Copperfield Sunday school every ev-ery Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Vacation Bible school May 21st through June 21st. Bingham LDS Ward Bingham 'LDS Ward Sunday School will hold- a special Father's Fath-er's day program at the church on Father's day, Sunday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. The Junior Sunday Sun-day school will present the program. pro-gram. All fathers are cordially invited to attend. Holy Rosary Church Sunday Masses Bingham, 9 and 10:30 a.m., 6 p.m.; Copper-ton, Copper-ton, 9 a.m.; Lark, 10:30 a.m. Week day Masses Convent at 7 a.m.; Bingham church 8 am. Confessions at Bingham Saturdays Sat-urdays from 4 to 5 and 7 to 8 p.m. Confessions at Copperton On Sundays before Masses start. Transportation Bus leaves Copperfield at 8:15 and 10 a.m.; bus leaves Lower Bingham at 8:30 and 10:15 a.m. Station wagon wa-gon will accomodate Highland Boy people before the 9 and 10:30 Masses. Summer school for Catholic children of Lark and Copperton will commence next Monday, June 18. Lark summer school will be held in the mornings from 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. at the Lark community recreation hall. Copperton summer school will be held in the afternoon from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m. at Catholic church hall. Summer school will continue con-tinue until Thursday, June 28, on which day the children attending at-tending the summer schools will be treated to a picnic. Jamaica, a Mexican bazaar is to be held at the B.C.O. hall on Monday, June 25, starting at 3:00 p.m. Among some of the attractive attrac-tive concessions are the sewing booth offering attractive textile work, doilies, aprons, etc.; cake and candy booth; refreshment booth; flower booth; traditional Cascarones booth. Bingo will be played with a variety of prizes, also several other games. For all who enjoy Spanish dishes hot tamales, corn and flour enchil-ades, enchil-ades, tacos and tostadas will be served, as well as a delicious Puerto Rican dish of rice and chicken and coffee. There will be dancing in the evening with Spanish music. Everyone is welcome wel-come to come and spend an evening ev-ening in an Old Mexico atmosphere. atmos-phere. o |
