Show The total resident notifiable 'disease cases increased from 263 last week to 278 this week which is, of course, a practically insignificant insig-nificant difference. Several of 1 the common communicable diseases dis-eases such as chickenpox, measles meas-les and whooping cough, increased increa-sed slightly this week as compared com-pared with the previous week. Eight cases of poliomyelitis have been reported during the current week as compared with one case for the previous week. Of these eight cases, five were reported from Salt Lake City and three from Washington county. From the first of the year to the present time, a total of thirty poliomyelitis cases now have Icon reported to the state department depart-ment of health.
