Show BINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL NEWS by ReNee Johnston Circle 7 Party Wins Junior High Elections Bingham Junior high school elected their officers for next year this week with the Circle 7 party emerging vicarious with all of their candidates being elected. The newly elected officers offic-ers for the 1949-50 school year are Gary LaComb, president; Particia Ablett, vice president; Joan Nielsen, secretary-treasurer; George Apostal, reporter and historian; Carol Wing, girls athletic ath-letic manager; Marion Cowdell, boys athletic manager, and San- j dra Alexander, cheer leader. Prospectors Club Ballot Kent Christensen has been selected se-lected to lead the Prospectors club as president during the ensuing en-suing school year. To serve with him are Boyd Householder as vice president; John Garahana, secretary-treasurer, and Alan Lyon, reporter. Junior Prom Big Success The Bingham high school junior jun-ior prom was held last Friday evening April 22 at the high school gymnasium at Copperton and will be remembered by all as one of the most important events ev-ents of the school year. Theme of the popular social this year was "Moments in the Moonlight". Highlighting the evening was the promenade during which Gwen Sandstrom and Jerry Downs were crowned king and queen of the prom. Bingham Netiers Defeat Judge Bingham high netters defeated defeat-ed Judge Memorial, three matches match-es to one in a practice tennis duel at Bingham last Thursday afternoon. after-noon.
