Stupe Manager Harry James has worked out the -last detail essential to the successful suc-cessful presentation of 'Plnaforey and after a session of sixty hours. In which the clever little director says he hasn't permitted himself a minute's rest, there Isn't a fault that can be found In the entire production. Squire Coop has practically prac-tically finished his rehearsals of the musical mu-sical numbers and principals and chorus are eagerly awaiting the opening; per-j formance Monday evening. I The reproduction of the battleship Utah erected In the lake at Wandamere will be completed early Monday morning, and the deck of the miniature boat will be used as the stage whereon the opera will be offered by the ladles responsible for Its production. The advance sale of reserved re-served boat seats and other seating arrangements ar-rangements haa been heavier than was anticipated even by those most sanguine In their anticipations of the popularity of 'Plnafore." The attendance Monday night probably will be the largest any event of the kind has ever drawn In Salt I-eke. The society girls who had charge of the ticket selling booths on the streets i and at the downtown stores made a greet success of their campaign, with the result that not only are a large number num-ber of choice seats taken for the Initial performance Monday evening, but many for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings' performances have been disponed dis-poned of. With its twinkling lights, the fceattty chorus of the show In quaint and pretty costumes and the principals In tha picturesque pic-turesque frocks that have always made " Pinafore' so delightful as a spectacular opera, the hlg broad deck of the miniature Utah will surely offer a fascinating sight. The company gathered for the presentation presenta-tion of "Pinafore" numbers more talent and beauty than any other here In years. Mrs. Hasel Taylor-Poery as Joaephina in "Pfeafort." Mn. Harold Sieftl u Hb la "Plna-lorg." and perhaps no more charm1ngspot could have been found for the exploitation of the boat than Wandamere' shimmering lake. Spectators will be treated to mora than one surprise during the evening, and, with a great swarm of boats dotting the surface sur-face of th lake, tha summery gowns of their fair occupants mingling with the lights and shadows, the spot promises manv a thrill for the four nights "Pinafore" "Pina-fore" will be given.
