Show BURNS WANTS CASE DELAYED TO SEPTEMPER IN'DIAXAPOMS. July 15. Detective William J. Bums, who is under $10,000 bond on fhargea of having kiilnad J. J. Mi'Natnara from this eity last Anril and taking him to Los Angeles, where he is held in connection with a number of dynamiting outrages, did not appear in eourt todav, tb. time set by Judge Marker of the criminal court for the detective to answer to tb ia dictment against him. Henry Hpaan, counsel for Burns, waa on hand and pleaded that the hearing be postponed until September. He said that Burn was on hia way from England Eng-land and that he would land ia New York eodn. While unwilling to delay th case until September. Judge Markey said he would not forfeit the bond at this time, but ordered the attorney to report to him in a few days when Burns could be had in court. |
