The congress since Its organisation haa ateadlly grown In Importance Im-portance and scope, and now ft la to have an auxiliary organisation, known aa the International congress of farm women. The International congress of farm women will meet with the international dry farming congress In Colorado Springs. October 17. 18 and 19. Its scope and purposes are explained In the following fol-lowing official call which Is Issued by a board of organization, which haa the authorisation au-thorisation of the dry farming congreas, and of which the officers are: Mrs. William Wil-liam K.
