The report follow fol-low a : We. the committee called to Investigate the accident which occurred at 12:1J a. m. May 6, 1911. one half mllo east of mile post t, about two and one-half ml lea eaat of Akin. I'tah, for the purpose of determining the responsibility for the sarne. having examined all of the available avail-able wltneasea. unanimously and that the aald accidrit waa caused by a washout at said point, and that the washout was caused because of the breaking of a dyke In the Melville Irrigation company's and the Delta Land and Water company's joint dltrh, and that ao far aa the Han Pedro.
