Show OHIO COPPER IS ENLARGING ITS HILL 10 TREAT MORE ORE Ohio Copper is making a- number' of improvements in its mill plant, which will give it a larger ' capacity. The Wall rolls are being installed in the third unit of this plant, s tryoot having hav-ing been previously made which is said to have .been very successful. The time for regular operations with these new appliances has not been given. The tables are to be taken out of the slimes plant as soon as Deister table's arrive for installation. The tablea taken from tha slimes plant will be placed in the concentrating plant and thus make another addition to the equipment whieh will allow for treating a larger tonnage. At preaent the mill at Lark ia handling han-dling about 1400 tone of ore daily. It has treated more than this with its two units, bnt so many alterations are to be made that the management decided that better reeulta could be obtained by holding down the tonnage. Tha recoveries recov-eries are still high snd the management manage-ment estimates that the plant ia turning turn-ing out about 60,000 pounds of copper each month. Much interest is centered in the an- nual meeting of Ohio Copper next month Claims are still mane by some of the large interests that Heinze has agreed to turn over the operating of tha property to new interests. That as soon aa tha new organization ia perfected per-fected arrangements will be made within thirty days to provide the company, com-pany, with all the money that it needa for complete financing. It does not follow that there will be a change in the local management, though Manager Frank ia giving considerable of his attention to the Stewart mine in Idaho.
