Show STATE BUREAU JOINS HANDS WITH FARMERS J. Carlos Lambert of Kerns, Summit Sum-mit county, who graduates from the agricultural college of Utah at Logan this spring, after a course in which he made dairying a specialty, has been named deputy dairy and food commissi commis-si oner and will take charge of the inspection in-spection of dairying; in Utah for the state pure food burean. The appointment appoint-ment cornea in line with the policy of the bureau to extend aid and co operation to tne dairy interests wnen ever practicable. Willard Hansen, state inspector, said today he would return soon to the in-; spection of conditions in Sanpete county, coun-ty, taking in the southern portion. He has recently returned from a trip that included tne northern part of the county, taking in Spring City, Fair-view Fair-view and Mount Pleasant, and found conditions much improved over what they were year ago, both as to slaughter slaugh-ter houses and dairies. He made the inspection accompanied by James CJawson of Spring; City, a member of the state bureau. |
