B. 127, relating to materials used in public buildings, was laid on the table, and the Senate rejected II. B. 276, H. B. 41 and H. B. 108. The House also passed S. B.. 57. , With bat one amendment, tn new medical bill passed the House of Representatives Rep-resentatives this morning. ' The bill, which is 8. B. No. 180, was amended so that it prohibits children under 18 years old getting prescriptions filled without the indorsement on the prescription of the guardian or parent of the child. ' 'The Sifting committee was increased from three to five, and the chair) appointed ap-pointed as the two additional members, Representatives Westphal and McMillan. McMil-lan. With the unanimous consent of the House, all bills now pending were referred re-ferred to the committee. H.
