Show WIFE NO. 2 FILES SUIT FOR DIVORCE AGAINST GAY HUBBY OGDEX, Utah, March 15. Mrs. Rose Smith Mosher has grown tired of playing play-ing wife No. 2 to Ilyram Mosher, the electrician to whom she was married in this eity on January 24, 1907, while the ay Mosher had a wife living in Cleveland, Cleve-land, O. Rose has seen but little of the man she married since the important event took place. In order to enjoy the company com-pany of the man whom she promised to 'Move, honor and obey" it would be necessary for Mrs. Mosher to spend her time in the county jail where her husband hus-band is detained pending the outcome of a trial on-the charge of polygamy. Ilyram was boarding at a house where Miss Hmith was employed as a domestic. Ilvram learned that the young lady had several hundred dollars dol-lars of her own. Ilyram fell in love with Miss Hniith just as soon as he learned about the money. Ilyram pro- Fosed, was accepted , ana the marriage ollowed. The next day a letter was received from wife No. 1, who was living liv-ing in Cleveland. Hyram was arrested and ia now in jail. Wife No. 2 has filed an action for divorce. . |
