Show four Killed and Many Injured in Crash of Regular and Special in Connecticut; Members of Engine Crew to Be 'Arrested; Governor on Train. Because orders to stop were disregarded, a special tram on the New York, New Haven' & Hartford road; crashed head on into a regular train .near Waterbury,, Conn., this morning. At least three men were killed and: maiy injured. Governor Woodruff of Connecticut-was a passenger on the special train. ; ' The engineer of the special was missing, this morn-; ing. THE COLLISION RESULTED IN THE DEATH OF THREE OR FOUR MEN, THE; SERIOUS INJURY OF TWO MORE AND LESSER INJURIES TO MORE THAN A SCORE OF OTHERS. : THE DEAD WERE THE CREWS OF THE TWO ENGINES. THE SPECIAL SPE-CIAL WAS MADE UP OF AN EN-; GINE AND ONE COACH,' IN WHICH WAS A PARTY OF ABOUT SIXTY-FIVE SIXTY-FIVE MEMBERS OF COMPANY F, OF THE SECOND REGIMENT, CONNECTICUT CON-NECTICUT NATIONAL GUARD, KNOWN AS THE GRAYS, AND GOV. Bv order of Coroner Mix, it is understood, under-stood, warrants are being prepared for the arrest of Conductor George Eatou, who was in charge of the special train, and Engineer William Fisher, of the special. It was supposed that Fisher was killed, but as the wreckage is beins cleared awav no trace of his body has been found "and the belief is growing that hp jumped from the engine cab and fled.
