Show SUES TO RECOVER ' FROM SCHOOL BOARD The Pioneer Investment and Trust company filed suit in the District court this morning to recover $225 and cost from the Board of Education of the city for the clearing up of title to land sold the plaintiff by the board. The suit is based upon the sale of the. Thirteenth Thir-teenth ward school property, in July, 1905. The property was sold to Fred A. and Dorothy D.' Rosen f eld and a warranty deed was given. The purchaser declares that he found that a portion of the property, sixteen by twelve .feet, was occupied by the Thirteenth corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ or Latter-Day Latter-Day Saints, tl is alleged that $150 had to "be paid to get the church to relin- ?uish its rights, besides $75 attorney's ees. |
