Show BRAINSTORM THEORY ; FREES A PRISONER J ALBUQUERQUE N. M., April After being-out four hours the jury re(-turned re(-turned a verdict of not guilty in the case of Gregory Page of Gallup, N. M., who was charged witn the murder of Walter Jones. The verdict is a surprise, sur-prise, as it was the universal opinion that the jury would be hung. The trial consumed four davs and, as in the case of Harry Thaw, the defense based its case on the "brainstorm" theory, . proving that Page assaulted Jones in the heat cf passion because Jones had insulted Mrs. Page. |
