Nelson and children, MaReen, Miles and Paul, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ed-wards returned Monday after-noon from Roosevelt where they spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Homer P. Edwards. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson also attended a family reunion at the home of Mr. Nelson's sister, Mrs. James Lemmon of loka Saturday even-ing. Seven sons and daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Nelson of Upalco and their families were present. A family reunion was also held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edwards Sunday. A dinner party was given last Wednesday by Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Morley in honor of their dau-ghter Darlene on her 19th birth-day anniversary. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Ball, Dorothy Gerbich and Maurine Morley. Mr. and Mrs. J. Lynn Booth entertained Saturday at a nicely arraneed seven o'clock dinner for Mr. and Mrs. Paul L. Pehrson of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. John Turner and Mr. and Mrs. Ross Beckstead, both of Sandy. W.B.A. met Wednesday even-ing at the home of Mrs. J. J. Doyle for their regular monthly meeting. After a short business meeting bridge was played and prizes won by Mrs. Peter Smith, Mrs. H. R. Gust and Mrs. How-ard Harker. Mrs. Isabel Murphy of Salt Lake City received draw prize. Others present were Mrs. Greenig and Mrs. Dan Goodwin of Salt Lake City, Mrs. S. T. Nerdin, Mrs. W. D. S. Brown, Mrs. Helen Sullenger, Mrs. Carl Granning and Miss Agnes Sul-lenger an invited guest. The group will hold their May meet-ing in $alt Lake City at the home of Mrs. Goodwin. Methodist youth fellowship met Thursday evening at the Com-munity Methodist church for a pot luck supper and business meeting. After the meeting the group went to Highland Boy for roller skating. Mrs. C. A. Morley entertained Wednesday evening at her home for members of her bridge club. Prizes were won by Mrs. Boyd J. Nerdin, Mrs. Earl T. James and Mrs. Harold Chesler.
