A program for May was outlined. Mr. and Mrs. John J. Cree-don Cree-don and Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Stillman spent last week end in Price, helping make plans for the Utah State Firemen's Ass'n. annual convention to be held August 19, 20 and 21. Planning to attend the state P-TA convention in Salt Lake City at the University of Utah today, Friday, are Mrs. John M. Martin, Mrs. Harold Chesler, Mrs. D. F. Johanson, Mrs. Ralph Evans and Mrs. Earl T. James. According to Joseph McDonald, McDon-ald, local quarantine officer, signs will not be put up for whooping cough, measles, mumps scarlet fever and chicken pox but the quarantine officer must 'be notified of the disease to enable him to make his report. A miscellaneous shower honoring hon-oring Mrs. Calvin Miller, the former Carol Murano, was given Friday evening, April 23 at BCO hall by Mrs. J. L.- Murano, Mrs. Anthon O. Jacobson, Mrs. David L. Bills and Mrs. Ross Cushing. A buffet luncheon was served and five hundred and bingo bridge was played.- Prizes were won by Mrs. Nora Austin and Mrs. Margaret Cuevas.
