Show South and East Favored In Race for Track Title Salt Lake City high schools will conclude the season's track activities this week with a double bill. Wednesday at 3 p. m. the triangular meet between the three regular squads will be run off at the University of Utah stadium, while a mass meet for those who sre not on the regular teams will be held at South high's campus Friday. East and South ara favored to race for the title the former shared with Ogden last season. So far in put ths spear out over ITS feet at East and should win handily. Bob Schriver and Dick McNiel of South are hitting around 16S feet Dale Jameson hss ths best veult mark to his credit and with Jensen will battle bat-tle Edgar Bryan from West for points. dual meets Nate Long's squad at South has emerged emerg-ed victorious over ths two other schools by substantial sub-stantial margins. Ths discus should go to East, John Armstrong and Adelt both spinning ths platter out around 110 feet Sprints will feature Marahall Olson Ol-son from South, Vernon Smith and Walter Noalls from West snd Chuck Adams of Eaat.
