Show JUNIOR COLLEGE BUDGETS AIRED The state board of education en Tuesday tackled tits problem of Junior Jun-ior colleges' budgets, a task expected ex-pected to be computed at the June meeting. Charles H. Skldmore, state superintendent super-intendent of public Instruction, said the budgets would be based on the last legislative appropriations and would utilise the full amounts. Appropriations Ap-propriations for the blennium were: Weber junior college. $338,000; Snow college. $83,300; Dixie Junior college, col-lege, $73,500, and Carbon Junior college, col-lege, $111,000. Also before the board, which met in the capitol at 3 p. m were about 80 applications for various teachers' certificates. |
