Show WOMEN'S WAGE MINIMUM SET State Limits Week to 42 1-2 Hours The state industrial commission Friday issued its "Mandatary Mini-; mum Wage Order No. 1," establish-; ing a minimum wage of $16 a week and limiting the week to 42' hours and the day to 7 hours for women and children in retail trade. The order becomes effective Feb- ruary 1.
