Adams of Salt Lake City, president of the American Bankers' association, Baturdsy waa appointed to the Republican party's "committee on program," according to an Associated Press dispatch from St. Louis. Dr. Glenn Frank, former Wisconsin Wis-consin university head, has been offered the chairmanship of tht committee, but has not definitely accepted.
