Show FUEL COMPANY RATEQUIZ SET The atate public service commission commis-sion Thursday aummoned officiala of tha Mountain Fuel company to a conference at the state capitol for an investigation of assertedly discriminatory ratea being charged by tha company for heating buildings build-ings with gas. The commiaslon. In a letter to J. D. Roberts, company general manager, said "numerous Instances of discrimination" were uncovered in an investigation of the company'a rats structure by E. H. Merrill, commission com-mission chief engineer, and Theo Thalne, commission accountant. Tha commission alleged that the company chargea a certain rata to owners who heat one building with gaa and a lower rate to owners who heat two or mora buildings with gas.
