OCR Text	Show WITHOIT PROVOCATION CLEVELAND, Ohio, July 8 (UP) Harold Colea, 18-year-old physics student, today sought $10,000 damages dam-ages for a beating he says ha took from a locomotive engineer when he accidentally flagged a fast train. Colea, armed with a stop watch and a red flag, was trying to make a sound Telocity test along a measured mea-sured half mile of railway. His signals to his teacher, at the other end of the course, brought the train to a halt, whereupon, he complain, the engineer climbed out of the locomotive loco-motive and assaulted him "without provocation." i"
