AIRPORT PLANS DISPATCHED FOR JVPA. APPROVAL Action to Complete Work Expected in 3 Weeks A WPA project that will wind up Salt Lake City million-dollar airport air-port Improvement program Satur-urday Satur-urday was on Its way to Washington, Washing-ton, D. C, for approval. Darrell J. Greenweu, atat WPA administrator, said th project was sent by airmail Friday night and that "I expect a ipeedy approval there." Local WPA officials approved the supplemental project after th state aeronautics commission agreed to certify to the WPA that It would provide $12,100 from aviation gasoline gas-oline sales tax fund. Th agreement was consummated at a meeting in th Mat capitol between the aeronautics commission commis-sion and city commissioner Friday. Fri-day. Th certificate will advi WPA that $12,100 1 available immediately immediate-ly from a fund collected under the aeronautic bill passed by the 1M7 legislature.
