Show Nibley-Hardy Wedding Held In a simple ceremony performed at high noon on Saturday in the S resident's room st tha Hotel Utah, ells Smoot Nibley, daughter of former for-mer United Statea Senator Reed Smoot, was married to Karl John Hardy of Washington, D. C, son of Mr. and Mra. Karl D. Hardy, 375 Seventh East atreet. Rufus K. Hardy, first president ef the seventies of the L. D. S. church and an uncle of the bridegroom, bride-groom, performed the ceremony in the preaence of the members of the two families. The bride, who was unsttended, Wore a chic afternoon model of black velvet with collar and cuffa of real lace and a corsage of orchids A wedding breakfast followed. The table was decorated with a wedding cake, and bud vases filled with white blooms were at each place. Following the breakfast the couple cou-ple left for a wedding trip to the northwest and will later make their home In Washington, D. C. The bride's traveling suit waa coffee cof-fee brown and Ivory tweed, with matching accessories. |
