Show School Official Seeks Opinion First affirmative action to test the scope and Intent .of a Third district court Judgment Invalidating- Gov. J. Bracken Lee's veto of a 1400,000 appropriation for Utah Stata Agricultural college extension exten-sion service was taken Saturday. The state board of education meeting at the capitol authorized Dr. E. Allen Bateman, superintendent superin-tendent of public Instruction, to seek a legal opinion on how the court action will affect a 1500.000 veto of an appropriation for Salt Lake area vocational school. Another veto of $483,000 appropriated appro-priated by the legislature for University Uni-versity of Utah training school and extension service will probably prob-ably be discussed by the board of regents when they meet next time. Dr. A. Ray Olpln, university president, presi-dent, said.
