OCR Text	Show Officers Absolved In Fire Salvage Public Safety Commissioner Ben E. Llngenfelter Saturday had absolved ab-solved police and firemen who said they were Invited to take candy and poultry from the burned remains of the Utah Ice and Storage Stor-age Co. storage warehouse which was gutted Tuesday. Commissioner Llngenfelter decided de-cided there would be no disciplinary disci-plinary action taken. He believed the men "acted In good faith after 'receiving permission."-The state board of health later condemned all foodstuffs remaining in the building. The building waa gutted in the fire which lasted 12 hours Tuesday night and early Wednesday. Some 20 firemen were Injured In the blase, which did an estimated (1.750.000 damage. Authorities Saturday still wars probing the causa.
