Satur-day. Permission to Issue the stock has been sought by company officers and directors. Grant Macfarlane, Salt Lake attorney, at-torney, is secretary and director of the company, and Mrs. Anthony C. Lund, Salt Lake, la a director. Company plans call for construction construc-tion of a plant In Salt Lake City to extract chemicals from coal tar and to produce smokeless fuel.
