'Lamp Post' Ads Rejected by S. L. A request by the Salt Lake Lions club to use downtown lamp posts to display cards advertls- ing the Black Hills Passion Play, sponsored by the club, was denied Saturday by the city commission. Presented Thursday, the request was referred to the cqmmittee of the whole. Mayor Earl J. Glad said the other commissioners concurred con-curred that the request be denied and that It will be given formal denial at the next meeting of the commission on Tuesday.
