Show State Department To Release Secret 1918 Talks NEW YORK, Dec. 23 (UP) The official records of the big three meetings of Wood row Wilson, Wil-son, David Lloyd George and Georges Clemenceau at the Paris Peace conference in 1919 will be made available to the public in six volumes by the state department in two weeks. E. Wilder Spauldlng, acting chief of thei department's division of publications, announced that publication pub-lication of the records, spproved by Great Britain, France and the United States in 1939, would reveal re-veal the complete minutes that have been kept secret for 27 years since the conferences. Spauldlng aald that Col. Edward M. House, Wilson'a adviser, waa the only American who kept a private record rec-ord of the big three proceedings. |
