OCR Text	Show Troops Halt Labor Trouble in Rumania CLUJ. Rumania. Feb. 14 ( Bur-rounded Bur-rounded by machine guns and rifle trained on them by the Eighty-third infantry regiment, 2000 workmen, who yesterday took possession of railway repair shop here, gave up resistance today and marched out of the area peacefully. The regimental commander promised prom-ised the five workers who were discharged dis-charged as communists would be reinstated. re-instated. Aa attempt by 700 unemployed to capture the ahops after the departure of the workers was frustrated by the troop without casualties. The workmen had remained barricaded barri-caded In the shops almost 14 hours. Ten engineer and 10 clerical workers work-ers were forced to remain Inside the gate as hostage.
