Lyon Donates Work To 'U for Economy In keeping with th Institution' retrenchment re-trenchment program. Dr. Dorsey A. Lyon will serve a secretary to Dr. George Thomas, president of th University Uni-versity of Utah, without pay, the latter lat-ter hat announced. Dr. Lyon succeeds Theroa Pamela, Pame-la, who became graduate manager of student activities when Stanley . Murphy resigned that position to accept ac-cept a clerkship under Senator-elect Elbert D. Thomas. A saving of thre or four thousand dollars a year will be effected through Dr. Lyon s service. Dr. Thomas said. However, Dr. Lyon will continue to hold his positions as assistant dean of men end director of the Utah en- tlneerlng experiment station of the nlted State bureau of mine at the university.
