IS VP) To the mat ot litigation involving th enter- f irises ot Samuel Instill, one-time unities uni-ties rzar. had been added today a M0,-000,000 M0,-000,000 suit against the entire directorate director-ate ot Insull Utilities Investment, Inc., half-billion dollar holding company. Suit was tiled in federal court by Attorney Lewis Jacobson, counsel tor petitioning creditor in th bankruptcy bank-ruptcy action against the Investment concern, now ln receivership. Entitled En-titled "SL John's Church vs. Samuel Irtaull," the action was filed In behalf of approximately 20,000 holder of th trust's debentures. SL John's church was located In Michigan, the suit t forth, but did not say where ln tha state. Coincident with tiling ot the suit. Receiver Charles A. McCulloch and Edward N. Hurlsy tor th Middle West Utilities company, largest ot the Insull holding companies, reported to Federal Judge Walter C. Lindley that no financial readjustment of the concern' affair could be. undertaken at this Urn. |
