Show , NEW TURN GIYEN TO PROBEOFSLAYING PALMYRA, N. J., Jin. tt UP) A new note was injected today into the r search for a lolution of the myfteri- oua death of Bradway Brown, young social registerita, by investigator who indicated he may have been tlain by supposed friends who wanted to seal his lips. It ia also possible, detective asserted, as-serted, that Brown wounded one of his assailants. "Find the companion or companions compan-ions who drove home with Brad Brown that night," aaid Chief of Police Edward Williams of Riverton, "and you will have the key to the mystery." Ellis Parker, chief of county de-. de-. tectives, said: "Four shots were fired from the weapon found at Brown' side. Brown was shot twice and a third bullet was found in the speedboat in the garage. The fourth shot probably hit one of his slayers. This is the only way we can account for its disappearance." Chief ot Police Morris Beck of Palmyra, who expressed the convic- tion Brown was deliberately slain by someone who wanted to "keep his mouth shut," said he would not say at this time why he thinks so. |
