Show THE WALKER BANK NOW INCORPORATED Matthew. H. Walker. John H. Walker and others filed articles of Incorporation yesterday for a new banking concern to be known as Walker Brothers, bankers. The duration of the incorporation is 100 years. The incorporators are M. H. "Walker, John H. Walker. Thomas Weir, Henry McMillan, W. Montague Ferry, L. H. Farnsworth and E. O. Howard. The general place of business Is to be -'V In Salt Lake, but branch houses may be f opened anywhere In America. The cap- ' ital stock is $200,000, in shares at a par value of $100 each. M. H. Walker for himself and as trustee, holds 1455 shares; Mr. Ferry, for himself and as trustee, holds 300 shares; E. O. Howard and J. H. Walker each hold 10 shares, and Thomas Weir and Henry McMillan hold 100 shares each.- The officers and directors are: M. H. Walker, president Thomas Weir, vice-president; vice-president; I. H. Farnsworth', cashier; E. O. Howard, assistant cashier; these, with H. G. McMillan and W. M. Ferry ' constitute the directorate. |
