Show City Briefs. P. B. Means, charged with embezzlement embezzle-ment by O. A. Parmley of the Ogden steam laundy, was bound over to the. District Dis-trict court yesterday in bonds of $500. At a regular meeting of the" library board held last night, it was decided to correspond with Eastern boards and ascertain as-certain the cost of having a trained librarian li-brarian come to Ogden to open the new library and Instruct local girls in the work. The same boards of directors were elected elect-ed for both the First National and Ogden Savings banks at meetings of the stockholders stock-holders yesterday. The First National has declared a total dividend of 16 per cent for the year, and the Ogden Savings bank has declared a- total dividend of 10 per cent. The following officers were installed in Ogden lodge No. 6, I. O. O. F.. last night: Fred Blattert, noble grand; A.- V. Curby, vice-grand; E. T. Hulaniakl, secretary; A. C.
