OCR Text	Show COMPANY TO MINE UTAH'S RARE METALS The Welsh-Lofftiis (Uranium and Rare Metals company of Buffalo, ' N. Y., filed certified copies of its articles of incorporation incor-poration and by-laws with Secretary of State Hammond this morning. The purpose of the company, as is Implied Im-plied by the name, is to develop mineral lands containing uranium and other rare metals In -this and other States. The company com-pany has a capitalisation of. $100,000 divided di-vided into 10,000 shares of the par value of $10 each. The president of the company is Stephen L Lock wood, George J. Bouta, secretary, and James H. Lofrtus of Grand county, Is named as the local -resident.
