A dispatch received from Washington last night states that PoBtofflce Inspectors Inspec-tors Fredericks and Bennett, who inspected in-spected the 8alt Lake ' postofflce on i April 1st, havs preferred charges of Incompetency against Cashier ' M. A. I Daugherty and have recommended his removal on that ground. , 1 Mr. Daugherty has occupied his po- ; sitlon about two months, succeeding James Adams, deceased.'
