Reiser's office this morning morn-ing and demanded a warrant for his salary for -March. f Auditor Reiser . announced that he would not issue such a warrant until the police payroll certified to by .Capt. John Burbidge was presented to bim. Sergt. Hempel has sworn, to an application ap-plication for a mandamus which will be filed in court this afternoon by Attorney Attor-ney Frank J. Gustln. Councllmen Daveler and 'Black advised ad-vised this course of action.
