William Wil-liam Jennings Bryan, who came with his wife today to attend the inauguration of Gov. Folk, addressed the Legislature on Invitation of the Republican House. The speaker, who waa heartily received, congratulated con-gratulated the people on the election of Mr. Folk, because, he said, it waa the reward re-ward for duty well performed. Mr. Bryan commended President Roosevelt Roose-velt for recommending legislation to have campaign contributions printed. He also commended the President for his recommendation recom-mendation of legislation enlarging the powers of the Interstate Commerce Commission. Com-mission.
