Luke company, which is incorporated in-corporated to do a general implement business, and more particularly, to sell farming Implements patented by B. F. Luke, filed articles of incorporation in the. office of the County Clerk today. The capital stock of the company is fixed at $25,000, divided into 260 shares of the par value of $100 each. y The officers are: P. W. Madsen, president; presi-dent; B. F. Luke, vice-president and man. ager; E. W. Madsen, secretary and treasurer.
