Show MYSTERY OF MISSINGMAN Last Seen ca His Wyoming Wyo-ming Ranch With His Wife in March. MOORCROFT. Wyo.. April 10. Excitement Ex-citement is running: high over the mysterious mys-terious disappearance of John W. Church and wife, formerly in the Union Pacific general office at Omaha, but who now bas a ranch fifty miles south of Gillette. They were last seen on the morning' of March 15th by W. C. Clifton Clif-ton at the ranch. Church's mother, from Council Bluffs, has been here to meet bln since April 1st and Is nearly distracted. Largre parties have rone in search of the missing: couple. Pending Investigation Clifton is being held. . City Briefs. . M. S. Browning has returned from his European tour. F. C. Schramm was in town from Salt Lake last evening. A daughter has been born to the wife of Y. B. Harklns, 2270 Grant avenue. The poll tax collector has filed a num. ber of suits against delinquent taxpayers. Martin F. Spafford .yesterdsy brought suit against C. E. Bralnerd et al. to recover re-cover 00 on a mortgage. , There Is a great deaf of Interest being aroused in amateur baseball in Ogden this season, and the indications are that there will be a number of strong teams in the field. John Wilson, 65 years of age, and twenty years a resident of Ogden, died yesterday morning at his home. Tbe funeral will occur Sunday. Bllen Shore has sued George Shore for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The couple were married In Logan over twenty-five years ago, and have several children. chil-dren. J. M. Bishop, principal of the Washington Washing-ton school, has purchased the old Herrick farm, located Just south of the cHy limits lim-its in Bridge Creek precinct, near the end of the street ear line. He will remove there during the coming summer. Gertrude Ingebretsen, the seventeen-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Chris-topher Ingebretsen, died yesterday morning morn-ing at her home on Eighteenth street, after an Illness of over six months. The funeral will be held Sunday at 4 p. m., from the family residence. |
