Conference.; At the meeting: of the bishops of the Methodist Episcopal church, held at Meadvllle, Fa., this week, Bishop Earl Cranston was assigned to preside over the Utah mission conference. Bishop Cranston is one of the best known ministers min-isters of the church. He will have the disposition of the tangle among the Utah Methodists over the Leillch case. BUILDING PERMITS.
