ENTERS PLEA T OF GUILTY Thomas Hulsk , Fined $10 for Exposing Others to Smallpox Contagion. Thomas ' Huirh, who was arrested some time ago on a charge of wilfully exposing the passengers on a Rio Grande train to a contagious, disease, entered a plea of guilty to the charge, and was fined $10 ' by Justice of the Peace McOm'ie of Murray last night. Hulsh is the man who some time ago boarded a 'train and rode from Murray to Lehi, when ne .was suffering with 'a well-developed case, of smallpox. " He was arrested on the complaint of Secretary Sec-retary Beatty of the State Board of Health,, and has been held under, quarantine quar-antine ' at - Murray- since his arrest, which was made at -the instigation of the railroad company. - ' .
