Show SCHOOL FUMIGATED ONLY AS PRECAUTION The fumigating of the Sumner school annex has caused quite a scare among the parents of children of that institution. Several days ago diphtheria broke Out in the neighborhood of the school. Although there were no cases among the pupils, the board derided that a proper precaution would be to fumigate fumi-gate the building. This was done. Many of the parents, fearing that this was " done because diphtheria had broken out in the sehool, have kept their children from school. Supt. (,'hristensen said this morning that there had been no cases of diphtheria diph-theria in the school, and that there was absolutely no reason for children remaining away on that account. |
