William Rodigkeit gave the same testimony testi-mony as did Lambert. The case was continued until tomorrow tomor-row morning on account of Judge Thur-man Thur-man having to go out of the city today. Prior to adjournment Attorney King made a motion to have the bail red need from $10,000 to $2500. Mr. King argued that the bail was excessive ana should be reduced. Mr. Thnrman argued along the same lines.' County Attorney Christensen opposed the motion, mo-tion, which was overruled by the court. |
