Show LUCHICIE WASN'T , PRESENT AT SHOOTING Stephen Luckicie, - a bartender at Bingham Junction, who was arrested upon suspicion of being implicated in the street fight at Bingham Junction Saturday morning that resulted in the death of Frank Zeseo, appeared before a Coroner's jury at Bingham Junction this afternoon, when the inquest was resumed. According to the evidence that has thus far been given Luckicie did not even witness the fight. Before the jury it has been stated that Peter Krouers became implicated in trouble in a saloon,, and ran out of the -door. Luckicie directed four men in there at the time to go after him. Zesco was standing on a corner, where another saloon. was situated. He saw the -men coming down -the-street and ran into the saloon and told Roy Me-Cune Me-Cune and others that there was a fight on. Zesco ran out of the saloon ahead of the men. When they came around the corner to witness the affray they found Zesco lying on the sidewalk with his head crushed in. It is believed that the rock ' was meant for Krouers and was thrown by ne of the four men pursuing him. An effort was made before the jury to torts Luckicie to tell who the four men were who were after Krouers. |
