Stockholders of the St. Joe Mining company, operating in the Bingham district, dis-trict, have decidea to amend its articles arti-cles of incorporation at special meeting meet-ing in the near future, and make the stock assessable. 1 It is a close corporation, corpora-tion, and little) is heard regarding its operations, but the prospects are declared de-clared to be so encouraging that the members are themselves willing to advance ad-vance the capital, under the assessment plsn, for driving the development operations oper-ations ahead.
